Blodrunar

Verse

Eldr brennr í hjarta várt

Sverð í hendi blóðfær sljárt

Vindr kallar frá fjalli hár

Hrafnar syngja um dauðans sár

Chorus

Ó

Vísa oss til seiðrins ljóss

Fjǫrlausir vér vér berum kross

Blóðrúnar ristum á sálarskjöld

Í stríði vér hǫfum ætíð hǫld

Verse 2

Fjǫllin hljóma af dýra hróp

Sjórinn svarar með ægis dróp

Skuggar dansa í tunglsins skin

Dróttinn fylgir oss inn til vin

Chorus

Ó

Vísa oss til seiðrins ljóss

Fjǫrlausir vér vér berum kross

Blóðrúnar ristum á sálarskjöld

Í stríði vér hǫfum ætíð hǫld

Bridge

Þrymja stjörnur yfir haugsins brún

Andar segja sögur um dauðans tún

Hvert fótmál leiðir til Valhallar sal

Þar skal vér drekka af hornum í tal

Chorus

Ó

Vísa oss til seiðrins ljóss

Fjǫrlausir vér vér berum kross

Blóðrúnar ristum á sálarskjöld

Í stríði vér hǫfum ætíð hǫld

Verse

Fire burns in our heart

Sword in hand, bloodstained and dull

Wind calls from the high mountain

Ravens sing of the wounds of death

Chorus

Oh

Guide us to the light of seiðr

Lifeless, we bear our cross

We carve blood runes on the shield of the soul

In war we always hold our ground

Verse 2

The mountains ring with the cries of beasts

The sea answers with Aegir's roar

Shadows dance in the moonlight

The lord leads us in as friends

Chorus

Oh

Guide us to the light of seiðr

Lifeless, we bear our cross

We carve blood runes on the shield of the soul

In war we always hold our ground

Bridge

Stars thunder over the barrow's edge

Spirits tell tales of the fields of death

Every step leads to Valhalla's hall

There we shall drink from horns together

Chorus

Oh

Guide us to the light of seiðr

Lifeless, we bear our cross

We carve blood runes on the shield of the soul

In war we always hold our ground

Verse

Feuer brennt in unserem Herzen

Schwert in der Hand, blutig und stumpf

Wind ruft vom hohen Berg

Raben singen von den Wunden des Todes

Chorus

Oh

Bridge

Sterne donnern über dem Rand des Hügelgrabs

Geister erzählen von den Feldern des Todes

Jeder Schritt führt in Valhallas Halle

Dort trinken wir gemeinsam aus Hörnern

Chorus

Oh

Weise uns zum Licht des Seiðr

Leblos tragen wir unser Kreuz

Wir ritzen Blutrunen auf den Schild der Seele

Im Krieg halten wir stets stand
