Brœðr øxarinnar

Strophe

Við erum brœðr øxarinnar

Blóð rennur sem vatnið í fossum

Sverð og skjöldr

Vápn várt líf

Hverr steinn talar um stríðið forna

Í stormi dansar dauðinn

Grimmr og friðlaus

Við ríðum

Skuggar í tunglsljósi

Refrain

Brœðr øxarinnar

Við kveðum söng

Eldur brennr

Hjörtu sterk og heit

Brœðr øxarinnar

Við heitum eið

Höggum í ský

Lifum í seið

Strophe 2

Himininn skríkr undir þungum trónum

Jörðin nötrar þar sem við göngum

Blóðið okkar er bundið við land

Hugrinn sterkr

Enginn ótti

Við erum stormr

Við erum saga

Vápn okkarr mælir sannleika

Bridge

Hækkar rómr

Kalla til guða

Þrumur svara

Ljós himinns lýsir

Við erum brœðr

Við erum sögur

Dauði er byrjun

Ævi eilíf

Strophe

We are brothers of the axe

Blood runs like water in the falls

Sword and shield

Weapons are our life

Every stone speaks of the ancient war

In the storm, death dances

Grim and restless

We ride

Shadows in the moonlight

Refrain

Brothers of the axe

We chant a song

Fire burns

Hearts strong and hot

Brothers of the axe

We swear an oath

We strike into the clouds

We live in seidr

Strophe 2

The sky screams beneath heavy thrones

The earth trembles where we walk

Our blood is bound to the land

The mind is strong

No fear

We are the storm

We are the saga

Our weapons speak the truth

Bridge

The voice rises

Calling to the gods

Thunder answers

The light of heaven shines

We are brothers

We are sagas

Death is a beginning

Life eternal

Strophe

Wir sind Brüder der Axt

Blut fließt wie Wasser in den Fällen

Schwert und Schild

Waffen sind unser Leben

Jeder Stein erzählt vom alten Krieg

Im Sturm tanzt der Tod

Grimmig und ruhelos

Wir reiten

Schatten im Mondlicht

Refrain

Brüder der Axt

Wir singen ein Lied

Feuer brennt

Herzen stark und heiß

Brüder der Axt

Wir schwören einen Eid

Wir schlagen in die Wolken

Wir leben im Seidr

Strophe 2

Der Himmel schreit unter schweren Thronen

Die Erde bebt, wo wir gehen

Unser Blut ist an das Land gebunden

Der Geist ist stark

Keine Furcht

Wir sind der Sturm

Wir sind die Saga

Unsere Waffen sprechen die Wahrheit

Bridge

Die Stimme erhebt sich

Wir rufen die Götter

Donner antwortet

Das Licht des Himmels leuchtet

Wir sind Brüder

Wir sind Sagen

Der Tod ist ein Anfang

Ewiges Leben
